4月24日，2026北京车展开幕，在小米汽车发布会上，小米集团董事长、CEO雷军发表演讲，正式宣布：小米YU7GT将于5月底发布，定位是适合长途旅行的高性能SUV。
雷军提前预告了小米YU7 GT的一些参数，1003 PS最大马力，300km/h最高时速，705km CLTC续航。
此外，雷军表示，小米汽车24个月累计交付超65.5万台。截至4月23日，新一代小米SU7锁单超6万台，已交付超2.6万台。
