4月24日，国家金融监督管理总局披露的罚单显示，中国银河资产管理有限责任公司及相关责任人员因投后管理不到位被罚。
其中，金融监管总局对中国银河资产管理有限责任公司罚款30万元，对张旭给予警告。
中国银河资产是经国务院批准，原中国银保监会批复成立的全国性金融资产管理公司，注册地在北京，注册资本105.02亿元人民币，2021年1月正式对外营业。
