中国经济网上海4月24日综合报道 据i金山微信公众号消息，4月24日，金山区召开全区领导干部会议，市委常委、组织部部长张为出席会议并讲话，市委组织部副部长周志军宣布市委决定：袁罡同志任中共金山区委书记。
袁罡，男，汉族，1976年8月生，大学，公共管理硕士，中共党员，此前担任金山区委副书记，金山区政府区长、党组书记。
