演员陈丽君晋升副主任

近日，大河报记者采访核实，青年演员陈丽君已担任浙江小百花越剧院艺术生产与创作部副主任。不少戏迷和粉丝在网上纷纷喊话“陈主任”，这一称呼既是对陈丽君的祝贺，也是对她未来工作的期待。

Chen Lijun, a prominent young Yueju Opera performer, has been appointed deputy director of the Art Production and Creation Department of Zhejiang Xiaobaihua Yue Opera Troupe.

Fans and audiences have dubbed her "director Chen", offering congratulations as well as expectations for her future work.

今年2月，中宣部等五部门联合印发《戏剧振兴三年行动计划（2026—2028年）》，其中明确提出，为支持戏剧院团发展，要培养优秀院团管理人才，同时夯实人才队伍，重点培养编剧、导演、音乐、表演、舞美、管理等方面的优秀青年人才。陈丽君作为当下深受广大戏迷喜爱的青年艺术家，对于传统戏曲如何更好地吸引年轻观众，有着丰富的实践经验和深刻的艺术心得，她出任艺术生产与创作方向的这一职位，完全合格，也正当其时。

In February, an official document related to the revitalization of theatrical arts stresses the cultivation of outstanding management personnel for theater troupes, with a special focus on young talent in scriptwriting, directing, music, performance, stage arts, and management.

Chen Lijun, widely adored by Yueju Opera fans, has been at the forefront of promoting traditional opera among younger audiences. Her practical experience makes her a fitting choice for this leadership position.
