4月23日，以“共护海洋安全 共促蓝色发展”为主题的第二届“海洋命运共同体”上海论坛在上海海事大学临港校区举行。
活动现场发布了《全球海洋安全态势评估与展望（2025-2026）》报告与《共护海洋安全 共筑蓝色未来》倡议，以多元形式传播海洋理念、凝聚合作共识。
