4月23日，佳云科技（300242）发布公告，公司经理王和平因内部工作调整辞职，辞职后将继续担任董事长及董事会专门委员会相关职务。王和平的经理职务原定任期为2025年6月30日至2027年1月11日。
公司于2026年4月23日召开董事会，决定聘任尹杰为新任经理，任期至第六届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，佳云科技实现收入2.18亿元，归母净利润-599万元。
