新京报贝壳财经讯 4月22日，三六五网公告，公司2025年度净利润为负值且扣除后营业收入低于1亿元，深圳证券交易所将对公司股票交易实施退市风险警示。公司股票自2026年4月23日开市起停牌一天，并于2026年4月24日开市起复牌。自2026年4月24日起，公司股票简称由“三六五网”变更为“*ST三六五”，证券代码仍为300295，实行退市风险警示后公司股票交易的日涨跌幅限制仍为20%。
