近日，福州市人民政府发布一批人事任免，张乐昕同志任福州市人民政府副秘书长。

张乐昕，男，汉族，1991年10月出生，内蒙古鄂尔多斯人，中共党员，博士研究生学历。
他曾任福州城市建设投资集团有限公司副总经理，闽侯县荆溪镇副镇长(挂职)等职。
2022年9月，他任永泰县副县长。
