2017年，关村在享受煤改电取暖设备购置补贴、采暖季电价优惠基础上，村民自筹费用，全村实现清洁取暖。国网山西临汾供电公司也给予支持，对关村的变电站、输电线路、入户电表等进行了改造升级。基础设施的提升为关村发展清洁能源产业创造了机会。截至2025年，临汾完成煤改电清洁取暖共2.74万户，覆盖3个县区、26个乡镇、202个村。
