礼来公司4月20日宣布达成最终协议，收购癌症生物技术公司Kelonia。根据协议条款，Kelonia的股东将获得最高达70亿美元的现金对价，其中包括32.5亿美元的预付款，以及在达成特定临床、监管及商业里程碑后支付的后续款项。
