当地时间4月18日，伊朗副外长哈提卜扎德称，美国方面发出的信息“矛盾且模糊”，目前尚未确定下一轮谈判的具体日期。
哈提卜扎德表示，伊朗无意解读美国这些表态背后的动机，并称：“我不想对其意图作出判断，这些声明是否符合国际法，应该由美国人民来判断。”
