4月16日，新筑股份（002480）发布公告，公司董事会于2026年4月15日收到非独立董事、总经理夏玉龙的辞职报告，因其即将达到退休年龄，申请辞去所有职务，辞职后，他将继续在公司及子公司任职。
同时，公司于同日召开董事会，提名贾秀英为非独立董事候选人，并同意聘任其为新总经理，此外，公司决定聘任郑宇为副总经理。
2025年，新筑股份实现收入14.91亿元，归母净利润-1.68亿元。
