4月16日消息，据金融一线获悉，中信出版集团董事会秘书张海东兼任北京联信财经传媒有限公司董事、法定代表人。同时，刘霄兼任北京联信财经传媒有限公司总经理、朱治彦兼任副总经理、王红雨兼任财务负责人。此外，何刚兼任《财经》杂志总编辑；朱治彦兼任《财经》杂志常务副社长。（金融一线）
