4月14日，山西省十四届人大常委会第二十七次会议在太原召开。会议表决通过了人事任免名单。决定任命常书铭为山西省人民政府副省长。
常书铭，1973年3月生，山西泽州人，曾任省水利厅厅长、晋中市市长等职，2023年任晋中市委书记。直至此番履新副省长。
