近日，上海一些公交站台等候区域新出现了“禁止吸烟”的标识，附有处罚信息和投诉热线。对此，12345市民热线客服人员回应称，市民如注意到有人在公交候车点吸烟的行为，可拨打热线转交相关部门进行处理。东方网·纵相视频发现，不少网友力荐可以通过12345小程序中的“随申拍”举报，并上传吸烟者照片，相关部门会及时反馈受理过程。（东方视频 陈丽娜 丁一涵）
