“巴彦淖尔市水利局”消息，4月10日下午，市河长办联合团市委在黄河沿岸正式启动2026年“‘河’我一起·保护母亲河”黄河净滩行动。市政府副市长、副总河湖长张如红，市水利局局长王瑞强，团市委书记赵鹏飞，临河区副区长袁忠利参加活动，与广大干部群众一同参与河湖清洁行动。
上述消息显示，赵鹏飞已任共青团巴彦淖尔市委书记。
赵鹏飞出生于1990年，此前任共青团巴彦淖尔市委副书记。
