明发集团公告称，本公司董事会谨此宣布，董事会会议将于2026年4月24日（星期五）举行，旨在（其中包括）考虑及批准本公司及其附属公司截至2025年12月31日止年度之全年业绩及考虑支付末期股息（如有）。
应本公司要求，本公司股份已于2026年4月1日上午九时正起暂停于联交所买卖，以待本公司刊发2025全年业绩。
