4月10日，英派斯（002899）发布公告，拟以自有及自筹资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于5600万元且不超过1.12亿元，回购价格上限为47.86元/股，预计回购股份数量为117万股至234万股，占总股本的0.79%至1.58%。
2025年前三季度，英派斯实现收入8.56亿元，归母净利润5075万元。
