4月10日，腾亚精工（301125）发布公告，董事会于近日收到职工代表董事李天成辞职报告，因工作调整申请辞去职务，辞职后仍在公司担任其他职务，李天成原定任期至2028年7月7日。
为保证董事会正常运作，公司于2026年4月10日召开2026年第一次职工代表大会，选举庞丽娟为职工代表董事，任期自本次大会审议通过之日起至第三届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，腾亚精工实现收入4.48亿元，归母净利润135万元。
