今年第4号台风“森拉克”（热带风暴级）的中心今天（10日）上午位于美国关岛东南方向约820公里的西北太平洋洋面上，中心附近最大风力有8级（18米/秒），预计，“森拉克”将原地少动，强度逐渐增强。（央视新闻）
