在安徽省阜阳市阜南县中岗大桥淮河畔，近5000亩油菜花迎来盛花期，金色花海连绵成片，游客前来赏花游玩。很难想象这里曾是淮河沿岸有名的“洪水走廊”，年年汛期受淹，如今这片“蓄洪洼地”蝶变成为“文旅高地”，实现了从“困于洪水”到“旺于旅游”的转身。
