蓝鲸新闻4月9日讯，近日，陕西证监局发布行政监管措施决定书，剑指山西证券股份有限公司陕西分公司的刘琪。
决定书显示，刘琪在山西证券股份有限公司陕西分公司任职期间，存在违规委托证券经纪人以外的个人进行投资者招揽活动的行为，违反了《证券经纪业务管理办法》的规定。
对此，陕西证监局决定对刘琪采取出具警示函的行政监管措施。
