联想控股4月9日在港交所公告，于2026年4月8日（交易时段后），本公司（作为卖方）与中国物流资本（作为买方）订立股份转让协议，据此，本公司同意出售而中国物流资本同意收购标的公司东方航空物流股份有限公司179,254,133股股份（约占截至本公告日标的公司股份总数11.29%），现金对价为人民币2,716,775,639.75元。出售事项完成后，本公司不再持有标的公司股份。
