4月8日，中国法学会发布公告：按照学会工作部署，2025年10月27日，研究部启动中国法学会2025年度后期资助项目申报，得到各申报单位积极响应，共收到60件符合要求的申报成果。研究部于2026年3月21日在京组织召开立项评审会，评审实行匿名评审和回避制度，采取现场分组评审方式。各组按照总分高低产生推荐名单，评审专家现场签字确认。经学会党组研究同意，拟对10件申报成果予以立项，现予以公示，公示期为2026年4月8日至4月14日。
