4月8日电，针对外媒普遍关注的霍尔木兹海峡是否收费的问题，伊朗驻华大使法兹里8日在北京表示，伊朗尚未出台正式的收费方案及标准，伊方将参照目前世界上其他水道的通行收费标准以及国际法来做出决定。
