【三星电子、SK海力士分别签署氦气长期采购合同】《科创板日报》8日讯，三星电子和SK海力士已分别与德国林德公司（Linde）和美国空气产品公司（Air Products）签署了长期额外供应合同，以解决氦气供应短缺问题。其中，林德公司在美国采购氦气原料，并对其进行提炼和加工，从而进入半导体供应链。
