英特尔4月7日宣布加入马斯克旗下“Terafab”项目，将联合SpaceX、特斯拉、xAI，依托自身芯片设计、制造及封装能力，助力该项目实现每年1太瓦AI算力目标。
此次合作是英特尔代工业务的重要突破，或将成为其晶圆代工业务拓展的关键突破口，此前其长期缺乏外部代工客户。目前双方合作具体细节、财务条款等尚未披露。
