神经分泌生物科学(NBIX.US)盘前涨5%报139.18美元。消息上，神经分泌生物科学周一表示，将以现金29亿美元收购罕见病药企Soleno Therapeutics，标志着这家专注神经科学领域的制药公司向代谢疾病领域扩张。据悉，Neurocrine Biosciences提出以每股53美元收购Soleno Therapeutics股份，Soleno昨日飙涨超32%。
