4月7日，冰山冷热（000530/200530）发布公告，董事木下步因工作调动原因辞去公司董事职务。辞职申请自辞职报告送达公司董事会之日起生效，辞职未导致公司董事会成员低于法定最低人数。木下步原定的任职期间为2024年12月27日至2027年12月26日，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年前三季度，冰山冷热实现收入36.13亿元，归母净利润9029万元。
