财联社4月7日电，亿万富翁投资者比尔·阿克曼旗下潘兴广场（Pershing Square）当地时间4月6日宣布，拟以94亿欧元现金加股票的方式收购环球音乐集团，已提交不具约束力的提案。现金和股票的总对价预计每股价值30.40欧元，较环球音乐集团的股价溢价78%。
