2026年4月6日，湖南永州市冷水滩区应急管理局发布通报：
4月5日10时左右，在冷水滩区杨村甸乡保方村岩门口山的半山腰间土路发生一起车辆侧翻意外事故。现场2人死亡、3人受伤。救援人员迅速赶到现场，展开紧急救援。3名受伤人员随即送往医院抢救。当日16时50分，其中1名伤者经抢救无效死亡，另外2名伤者生命体征平稳。目前，相关处置工作正在有序进行。
