当地时间4日，中国驻坦桑尼亚大使陈明健与坦内政部长卡坦比共同祭扫位于达累斯萨拉姆郊区的中国专家公墓，缅怀为援建坦赞铁路等项目牺牲的中国建设者。坦政府部门、在坦中资机构、华侨华人及当地各界代表百余人参加祭扫活动。
