4日，哈尔滨市南岗区果戈里大街与马家沟交口处的工地里，机器轰鸣，工人紧张忙碌，一片繁忙的施工场景。
这处工地紧邻马家沟河，河对面是儿童公园。从前这里是一处烂尾工程，已经停工了近20年的时间，停工前就只打了一个地基，如今终于复工了。
