突发，ESPR强制撤回吉林大学2022年发表的文章，所有作者不同意！

Environmental SCIence and Pollution Research最近撤回了一篇来自吉林大学在2022年发表的一篇文章。文章的标题为：Can government - led civilized city construction promote green innovation? Evidence from China。期刊给出的撤回原因：

出版商已与主编达成协议撤回本文。出版商的调查发现，包括本篇在内的多篇文章存在多项担忧，包括但不限于同行评审程序受损、不当或无关引用、包含非标准用语或不在期刊范围内。基于调查结果，出版方在与主编协商后，已不再对本文的结果和结论抱有信心。

所有作者都不同意这一撤稿。

The Publisher has retracted this article in agreement with the Editor - in - Chief. An investigation by the publisher found a number of articles, including this one, with a number of concerns, including but not limited to compromised peer review process, inappropriate or irrelevant references, containing nonstandard phrases or not being in scope of the journal. Based on the investigation's findings the publisher, in consultation with the Editor - in - Chief therefore no longer has confidence in the results and conclusions of this article.

All authors disagree with this retraction.

有意思的是这篇文章被出版商撤稿了，出版社对此论文的结果已经不再抱有希望，但是最后一句又点名了：所有作者都不同意这一撤稿。那也就是说明这篇文章是被期刊单方面强制撤稿了。

公开资料显示这篇文章的第一作者来自吉林大学，通讯作者来自江西财经大学。

Environmental Science and Pollution Research在2024年撤回50篇文章，其中，27篇文章都是由署名为中国单位的学者参与。撤稿的主要原因包括但不限于同行评议过程受到损害，不恰当或不相关的参考文献，包含不标准的短语或不在期刊范围内。2024年底，被踢出SCI数据库。
