4月3日，启明星辰（002439）发布公告，公司于2026年3月23日召开职工大会，选举严立为公司职工董事。
根据公司工会的通知，选举结果已于会后公示，公示期为8个工作日，严立于2026年4月3日正式履行职工董事职责，任期与公司第六届董事会任期一致。
2025年前三季度，启明星辰实现收入15.48亿元，归母净利润-2.16亿元。
