4月3日，海螺新材（000619）发布公告，董事朱守益因工作变动辞去公司董事及副总经理职务，辞职后不再担任公司及子公司的其他职务。
公司董事会于2026年4月3日审议通过了王敬谦为公司第十届董事会非独立董事候选人，任期自股东会通过之日起至董事会届满。
此外，段天祥被聘任为公司总经理助理，任期三年。
2025年，海螺新材实现收入45.40亿元，归母净利润-8557万元。
