4月3日，电科数字（600850）发布公告，因公司涉嫌信息披露违法违规，中国证监会决定对公司立案。
公告指出，目前公司各项经营活动均正常开展。立案调查期间，公司将积极配合中国证监会的调查工作。
2025年前三季度，电科数字实现收入75.63亿元，归母净利润2.55亿元。
