4月3日，亿联网络（300628）发布公告，董事长陈智松拟出资向公司全资子公司购买一批视频会议系统及协作终端设备，并将其捐赠给厦门大学，用于海韵园二期管理学院大楼的音视频多媒体项目建设，此次交易的预计总金额不超过460万元（含税），资金来源于陈智松自有资金。
2025年前三季度，亿联网络实现收入42.98亿元，归母净利润19.58亿元。
