当地时间4月3日，柬埔寨参议院召开特别会议，审议并全票通过《反电信网络诈骗法》草案，将提交柬埔寨国王签署颁布实施。
此前，柬埔寨首相洪玛奈称，柬埔寨政府将以最坚决措施铲除电信网络诈骗犯罪，彻底与电诈活动划清界限。
