4月3日，泉峰汽车（603982）发布公告，控股股东一致行动人泉峰（中国）投资有限公司将其持有的600万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的9.28%及公司总股本的1.64%；截至公告披露日，控股股东及其一致行动人累计质押股份为5770万股，占其所持股份的35.56%及公司总股本的15.80%。
2025年前三季度，泉峰汽车实现收入19.30亿元，归母净利润-2.30亿元。
