4月2日上午，一则关于合肥市庐阳区一小区发生电梯事故的警示提醒在当地多个微信群传播，警示写道，2日上午10时18分许，庐阳区某小区电梯轿厢坠落，2名检修工人死亡。3日上午，合肥市应急管理局工作人员告诉记者，此事故确有发生，将成立调查组进行调查。
