财联社4月3日电，德国生物技术公司BioNTech当地时间4月2日证实，将在2027年2月前关闭新加坡疫苗和治疗药物制造厂，以确保产能与临床产品组合和长期战略方向保持一致。该决定将影响85名员工。BioNTech称，撤厂后暂无在新加坡设立其他办事处的计划。
