中国交建公告称，截至2026年3月31日，公司通过集中竞价交易方式已回购A股股份47,690,546股，占总股本的0.2930%，成交总金额约4.10亿元，回购价格8.00元/股-8.98元/股，约达计划最低回购金额5亿元的82%。公司2025年6月16日通过回购议案，回购期限至2026年6月16日，预计回购金额不低于5亿元、不超过10亿元，回购股份将注销以减少注册资本。
