4月1日，礼来宣布美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）已批准orforglipron用于治疗肥胖或伴有体重相关合并症的超重成人患者。礼来已向包括中国在内的超过40个国家提交了orforglipron用于体重管理和/或2型糖尿病的上市申请，并计划在各国获批后尽快启动上市。
