2026年4月1日，海南离岛免税“即购即提”“担保即提”政策迎来实施三周年。据海口海关统计，2023年4月1日至2026年3月31日，“即购即提”提货方式累计购物金额105.91亿元、件数1169.61万件、人数533.08万人次；“担保即提”累计购物金额1.77亿元、件数1670件、人数1664人次。
