朱庆华，男，汉族，1971年4月出生，中共党员，大学，工学学士。
2021年4月，先后任厦门市审计局副局长，厦门市委金融办分管日常工作的副主任、市地方金融监督管理局局长、党组书记。
2024年11月，任福建省厦门市审计局党组书记、局长。
