4月1日，贝瑞基因（000710）发布公告，因高扬在国信证券（002736）开展的股票质押回购业务发生违约，成渝金融法院裁定强制变现被执行人高扬持有的354万股公司股票，占公司总股本的0.999%。
公告指出，本次被执行期间为2026年4月7日至2026年7月10日。截至2025年3月31日，高扬持有公司股份2138万股，占公司总股本的6.05%。
2025年前三季度，贝瑞基因实现收入6.86亿元，归母净利润-5256万元。
