华营建筑(01582)发布公告，公司的间接全资附属公司华营建筑有限公司已签立一份中标通知书，涉及香港房屋署授出香港新界元朗公营房屋发展项目的主要建设工程合约，合约金额约为14.3亿港元，据此，集团将担任主要承建商提供楼宇建设工程。目前预期前述工程将于2026年4月动工。
