4月1日，白银有色（601212）发布公告，公司董事会收到董事会秘书麻在生递交的辞职报告，因工作安排申请辞去董事会秘书职务，辞职时间为2026年3月31日。麻在生辞职后仍担任公司副总经理。
在公司未正式聘任新的董事会秘书期间，副总经理张有达代行董事会秘书职责。
2025年前三季度，白银有色实现收入726.43亿元，归母净利润-2.15亿元。
