据西藏自治区住房和城乡建设厅微信公众号，西藏公积金新政发布，政策自印发之日起实施。其中，购买区内商品住房，公积金贷款最高额度由原标准提高至160万元；若购买符合《住宅项目规范》及西藏“好住宅”标准的新建商品住房，或竣工验收合格的现房，最高贷款额度直接升级为180万元。
